GENERAL INFORMATION
Office Hours at the Reception Office are 7 days a week 8am to 8pm Summer Season, 8am to 7pm Winter Season. Please call if arriving after hours so we can organise key collection.
All accommodation bookings are held until 6pm on the day booked in. Guest failure to arrive by 6pm and fail to contact Reception Office communicating arrival time will be considered a NO SHOW and will result in total loss of deposit.
Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am (Additional charges may apply if check out is after 10am.) For early check out, please ensure that your account is settled during office hours the day before.
Please contact Office Reception if portacot or highchair are required.
Please note the units have a complimentary light service by the Housekeeper every 3 days. Fresh towels and kitchen, bathroom condiments replenished daily.
All units are totally SMOKE FREE. Ash trays are provided for use outdoors.
The Holiday Complex has an on site laundry.
Sorry pets are not allowed in the units at any time.
Payment of account can be made by EFTPOS, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, CASH. RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Check in time is 2pm (Day in) on the date of arrival and check out is 10am (Day out).
Additional charges may apply if check out is after 10am.
All requested reservations must be confirmed with a credit card for one night accommodation value.
Full payment or balance of account is payable on arrival.
No refunds due to early departure. Guests will be charged for fully booked time. All group bookings are subject to special terms and conditions please contact Reception Office.
PEAK SEASON CANCELLATIONS Alterations made to any PEAK SEASON reservations after the 13TH November 2009yr will incur a $50 booking administration fee. NO REFUNDS will be given for late arrival or early departure.
Any cancellations/alterations MUST be made in writing.
NO REFUND of deposit if cancellations are made within 42 DAYS OF DATE OF ARRIVAL.
NORMAL SEASON CANCELLATIONS Cancellations or a "NO SHOW" will result in loss of deposit/confirmation credit card (one nights accommodation value) within less than 48 hrs notice. No refund for early departure.
Pets are not permitted.
Childrens age is 1 - 14 years inclusive.
Only the indicated number of persons on check-in are permitted to stay in the units. Any additions will be charged a nightly rate or maybe restricted. Day visitors may be charged.
Minimum night stay policies may apply and may be subject to availability depending on dates and seasons of the year
The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct and behavior complying with the property rules. All charges incurred by visitors guests will be recoverable.
Management reserves the right to cancel tenancy if property rules are broken.
The person submitting a booking will be deemed to have accepted these reservation conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking.
