- Office Hours - 8.00am - 8.00pm Summer/Winter hours may alter. Please indicate if arriving late so the reception office staff can greet you.
- Check In time is 2.00pm and Check Out time is 10.00am in the morning.
- We accept Eftpos, Visa and MasterCard, Amex
- Shovels/Spades for Hotwater Beach can be hired from reception.
- Telephones are not in units. There is a public card phone outside the entrance to the Resort. Cards are for sale in the reception. All mobile phone operate in the location.
- Internet Kiosk is available for web-browsing and email only. Wireless computer facilities are available for your laptop computer.
- Laundry/Washing machines are available in Seaview Units. Gardenview Studios and Resort have communal laundry facilities.
-Barbecues are outside each Seaview Villa. Gardenview Studios have a communal Barbecue area.
-The Resort has no shop for food or drinks. The Hahei Store operates all year but closes at night.
- The units are not serviced daily, but a light service on request every 3 days is available. Towels, bathroom and kitchen complimentary products can be changed and supplied daily.
- The units have sofa beds and rollaway beds. We also provide porta cots and high chairs free of charge. Please indicate if required.
- All units have CD/DVD players. Bring your favourites or hire DVD's from the local store.
- Swimming is all year round, summer/winter. Yes Hotwater Beach is active, so bring your swimming gear for a splash and a soak in the beach spa. We have lots of towels.
-We provide lots of photographic scenery, birds, fauna and flora so do not forget the camera and film. Check the activities section.
