The garden view studio s are a one room studio with self contained kitchen with separate bathroom with toilet and shower. the bed configuration is a queen size bed and a double sofa pullout couch in the same room. Please indicate room configuration for double/ singles or family with children. Each Garden View unit has a balcony outside with outdoor table and chairs.

Sea View Villas

The Ocean View Villas are fully self contained with a upstairs bedroom with a balcony with sea views and queen size bed. The downstairs bedroom has a combination of one queen size bed and a single bed or 3 single beds layout for families.

THIS BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU HAVE RECIEVED A SECOND CONFIRMTION EMAIL

Check in time is 2pm (Day in) on the date of arrival and check out is 10am (Day out).
Additional charges may apply if check out is after 10am.

All requested reservations must be confirmed with a credit card for one night accommodation value.

Full payment or balance of account is payable on arrival.

No refunds due to early departure. Guests will be charged for fully booked time. All group bookings are subject to special terms and conditions please contact Reception Office.

PEAK SEASON CANCELLATIONS Alterations made to any PEAK SEASON reservations after the 13th November 2008yr will incur a $50 booking administration fee. NO REFUNDS will be given for late arrival or early departure.
Any cancellations/alterations MUST be made in writing.
NO REFUND of deposit if cancellations are made within 42 DAYS OF DATE OF ARRIVAL.

NORMAL SEASON CANCELLATIONS Cancellations or a “NO SHOW” will result in loss of deposit/confirmation credit card (one nights accommodation value) within less than 48 hrs notice. No refund for early departure.

Pets are not permitted.

Childrens age is 1 – 14 years inclusive.

Only the indicated number of persons on check-in are permitted to stay in the units. Any additions will be charged a nightly rate or maybe restricted. Day visitors may be charged.

Minimum night stay policies may apply and may be subject to availability depending on dates and seasons of the year

The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct and behavior complying with the property rules. All charges incurred by visitors guests will be recoverable.

Management reserves the right to cancel tenancy if property rules are broken.

The person submitting a booking will be deemed to have accepted these reservation conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking.
