Cathedral Cove Lodge Villas is located in the Hahei Holiday Resort which is located on the property with half of kilometre of beach front at Hahei Beach.

The property was developed in 1960 as a camping ground/Holiday park by Dawn and Vaughn Harsant. In 1999 the deluxe Cathedral Cove Lodge Villas were built in the Hahei Holiday Resort.

The Hahei Holiday Resort and the Cathedral Cove lodge Villas is a family company that is still owned and managed by the original family members.
